OUR ROOM OPTIONS

We have three different rooming options for you to choose from dependent on the size of your function.

Whether an intimate soiree or a gala dinner we have a space to suit.

We can accommodate between 20 and 400 people.

ELEGANT FUNCTION ROOMS

The Red Oak Room – Seats 60

The Red Oak space is thoughtfully furnished and decorated. The room boasts a connecting outdoor terrace which makes an ideal break out space or spot for sunset drinks. Comfortably accommodating up to 60 people seated or 80 people standing. The relaxed atmosphere and country views make this room ideal for reunions, anniversaries, baby showers and parties.

 

The Acorn Room – Seats 100

Beautifully appointed, The Acorn Room is flooded with natural light and offers an intimate setting for your special event. Comfortably accommodating up to 100 people this room has a connecting outdoor terrace which is ideal for pre-dinner drinks and offers gorgeous views across the valley. Other features of this room include a dance floor, a licensed bar and plenty of parking for both cars and buses.

 

The Grand Oak Room – Seats 400

The Grand Oak Room is versatile and elegant, featuring high ceilings, huge windows and plenty of natural light. The neutral décor and furnishings provide you with the flexibility to add your personal touch. Comfortably accommodating up to 400 people. This huge room has a connecting outdoor terrace which is ideal for pre-dinner drinks and offers gorgeous views across Orange. Other features of this room include a large stage and dance floor, a licensed bar and plenty of parking for both cars and buses.

We can accommodate various styles of corporate events, including breakfasts, morning teas, lunches, dinners and cocktail functions with floor plans customisable for both indoor and outdoor spaces.

We have a selection of private rooms in which you can host your next board meeting, product launch or conference.
Our staff are committed to delivering an exemplary level of service in liaising with you to plan your event.

Our team are available to create a menu and select wines to complement the occasion, whilst planners and service staff ensure your event is executed with seamless professionalism.

We are also able to deliver corporate catering to your office or workspace, select from our delicious menu options and we handle everything else for you.

 
 

PRIVATE CELEBRATIONS

Our private rooms are available for intimate gatherings such as birthdays, engagements, anniversaries and formal balls.

With sweeping views across the valley, The Red Oak boasts a range of tastefully decorated function rooms that can accommodate from 20 – 400 guests, making it the perfect venue to celebrate your occasion with style.

Chef and owner Bernadette, has a stunning selection of menu options for you to choose from and is very flexible, ensuring your event runs smoothly and to budget.

The Red Oak function rooms each have a licensed bar and offer a selection of local Orange wines along with beer, spirits and soft drinks.
